Podcasting Terms and Conditions

The Evolution FM Goal: To bring political and economic awareness, personal responsibility, the development of consciousness and environmental awareness and sustainabllity into the mainstream through the Evolution FM program.

Agreement: Podcasters agree to let Evolution FM download and retransmit thier podcasts. There is no payment either to the podcaster for supplying the podcast or to Evolution FM for retransmitting it.

Podcasts will generally be replayed on Evolution FM over a seven day period unless agreed otherwise. Evolution FM may also archive additional podcasts to use as fill programs, for example in the event the podcastertakes time off from preparing programs.

Podcasts are not downloaded through the Dlobal Public Radio website, although Evolution FM will promote the related website and podcast subscription site for the podcaster free of change.

Either party may cancel this agreement at any time without prejudice.
